Do I need an account?

No. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into.

How do the notifications work?

You pick 3, 5, 7, 10 or 12 a day and the hours they can arrive. They're scheduled on your phone, so they come even without a connection.

Can I choose how hard it talks to me?

Yes: Gentle, Straight or Tough love. Tough love never shows up on heavy topics like heartbreak, loneliness or burnout, whatever you picked.

Is the faith content for one religion?

No. Some quotes speak of God, and they're written to respect people of any faith, or none.

Is it a replacement for therapy?
