Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the KTAMIZEN app and this website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who provides KTAMIZEN
KTAMIZEN is provided by Abdelhamid Ktami, Via dei Cabrini 12, 24126 Bergamo, Italy. Email: support@ktamizen.app. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the provider.
2. What KTAMIZEN is
KTAMIZEN gives you short quotes through notifications, widgets, wallpapers and the app itself, chosen for the topics and the tone you pick.
3. Compatible devices
The app runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Some features, such as Lock Screen widgets, depend on what your iOS version supports.
4. Getting started
There is no account and no sign up. You open the app, pick your topics and your tone, and choose when quotes arrive. You can change these choices at any time in You inside the app.
5. Using the app
5.1 Personal use
You may use KTAMIZEN for your own personal use. Please do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, and do not use its quotes or design for commercial purposes.
5.2 Notifications and widgets
Notifications are scheduled on your phone between the hours you choose. iOS decides exactly when notifications are shown and when widgets refresh, so timing can vary slightly.
5.3 Sharing
You can share quotes from the app as images for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Pro subscription
KTAMIZEN is free to download. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks more themes, fonts, widgets and topics.
- Pro is available as a yearly or a monthly subscription. The price, the currency and the length of any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm, and that is the price you pay. Taxes are included where the law requires.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If you start a free trial, you are charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your iPhone Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Apple handles billing and refunds. To ask for a refund, use Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You can restore a previous purchase from You in the app, using the same Apple Account.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its quotes, its design, its name and its logo belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Using the app does not give you any ownership of them.
7.1 Your content
What you write or add in the app, such as your saved quotes, collections, My Words text and photos, belongs to you and stays on your phone. We never receive it.
8. Not professional advice
The quotes in KTAMIZEN are written to encourage. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and the app is not a substitute for care from a professional.

9. Faith content
Some quotes speak of God. They are written to be respectful of people of any faith or none. They do not quote or interpret any religious text.
10. Apple's terms
Unless these terms say otherwise, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or for its support.
11. Liability
We work to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the app. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
12. Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If a change to these terms affects you in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel your subscription before then. Smaller changes, such as corrections, take effect when we update the date at the top.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If we stop offering Pro or remove a paid feature, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, or you can ask Apple for a refund.
13. If a clause is invalid
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest of the terms still apply.
14. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not remove the protections given to you by the consumer law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
