How it works
- How many. 3, 5, 7, 10 or 12 quotes a day.
- When. Only between the hours you choose, spread across the day.
- How hard. Gentle, Straight or Tough love.
- About what. Only the topics you picked, faith included if you want it.
The quotes are scheduled on your iPhone, so they arrive even with no signal, and nothing about you leaves your phone.
Set up your daily quotes
- Download KTAMIZEN and open it.
- Pick your topics and allow notifications when the app asks.
- Choose how many quotes you want a day and the first and last hour they can arrive.
- Choose the voice: Gentle, Straight or Tough love.
You can change all of it later from You in the app.
Choose how hard it talks to you
Gentle is warm and patient. Straight says it plainly. Tough love pushes, for the mornings you need it. Tough love never shows up on heavy topics like heartbreak, loneliness or burnout, whatever you picked. If you're going through it, the app keeps it soft.
When a day is hard
Tell the app how you feel in Right now, like anxious, drained or heartbroken, and the quotes follow that feeling until you feel better. Then they go back to your usual topics on their own.
If the notifications don't arrive
- Open iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then KTAMIZEN, and turn on Allow Notifications.
- If you use a Focus, add KTAMIZEN to the apps allowed in that Focus.
- Check the hours you picked in You inside the app.
More help is on the support page. To keep a quote on screen all day, add a quote widget or see quotes on your Lock Screen.
